Burroughsology Salon

Introducing the Burroughsology Salon

The Burroughsology Salon is a salon that will host online meetups every other month beginning in August 2024.

The Burroughsology Salon hopes to provide a space where artistic endeavors are inspired through group interaction and a sense of comradery. The group hopes to inspire and expand member’s potential creativity while investigating visual translations. Members will share creative experiences, ideas, and foundational theories while trust and relationships grow within the group. We will build resources for members and invite speakers. We will identify what we need as a group. All applicants are accepted from the international art community. English will be the primary language spoken.

Rules of Engagement

What happens in the Salon stays in the Salon.

No member is to critique another member’s work during a salon meet-up without their consent.

No member is to criticize another member’s work publicly-in an online interview, in film or in writing, blog etc without the written permission of that member artist.

We are engaged in a relationship of mutual trust.

The purpose of the Salon is support.

If your thing is mean spirited criticism-please don’t apply.
